Chantelle Carter

Chantelle was born and raised in Hood River Oregon and began her career in healthcare in 2020. She is a certified phlebotomistand licensed EMT. After having her own personal health journey she has gained a passion for functional/ holistic medicine. Chantelle believes in supporting patients through their whole health journey and encourages them to find root causes so they can live abundant lives. When she is not found working she is traveling the Northwest for rodeo or at home training young horses.
