The team at Healthy Connections strives to provide the community with the most effective and advanced treatment modalities available. Our team is there for you and will do whatever we can to improve your health and provide a path for continued wellness moving forward. We have learned over time that our clients do better when both you and we assess if we are the best fit for each other, and if now is the right time to seek care with us.
Discovery Consultation Call
Your journey begins with a 15-minute Discovery Call with one of our providers. During this call, we’ll discuss your health concerns, explore how we may assist you, and determine if our approach aligns with your goals. If we both agree it’s a good fit, we’ll schedule your 75-minute initial appointment.
Adolescent Patients
We provide care to patients aged 17 and older, with parental involvement required for adolescents. For younger children needing functional medicine, please visit the Institute for Functional Medicine to find a pediatric practitioner near you.
Important Notes:
- We do not see children under age 17.
- Please review our Membership Options and Insurance information before your Discovery Call to make the most of our time together.
- Dr. Jeff is currently onboarding ONE new patient per week, with availability starting in the summer.
- Heather Bates, FNP, will be here until May 30th and we welcome P.A. Laura Whiting starting June 3rd.
